I've been hearing "whoa Silver is so back!" for years and then *immediately* everyone forgets because it didn't leave a lasting impression because nothing Silver has ever done has been meaningul to anyone, not even himself. His rival fight in Sonic Generations isn't even based on his actual fight with Sonic.Meanwhile in the same game both the Metal Sonic and Shadow rival fights are based directly on some of the most kino Sonic has ever been and matter to every character involved.
