Anyone else kinda realized that VR is over soon? It was kind of weak already but it could have kept itself alive as a niche market, but with the RAM thing it's just going to get killed. I think facebook is going to cancel the quest 4, since with the RAM like it is, they are going to not bother developing a headset when they look at ram price and realize that they can't make the thing. Same with all other wireless/standalone headsets. All gone. Then for wired and PCVR, the compute requirements and missing RAM/GPUs means that no-one can get into VR any more. It just rides on what people already have, and fundamentally has no growth. It just shrinks and that's it. VR just stops. VRC communities reach breaking points where it's just desktoppers so people stop playing and before that point everything else is gone. Basically at this point the only future for VR is quest level graphics and gameplay on PCVR wired headsets because of the reduced compute requirements. I wanted two more weeks

Though we usually play on the default Underworld one (blue labelled on the left) which also has the snow sections for this update. The golem was in the desert biome, where it also replaced the spiders with scorpions (that like to block thrown weapons). The lava biome also has those flaming skulls that fly at you and explode.
