In 76, should I always be in power armor?
I realized a while ago, Fallout 4 being such a poor RPG where you can barely build your character is just the natural progression of AAA devs wanting to turn every game into a movie, and the Fallout TV show solidifies that. After much deliberation with my colleagues and think tanks, I've come to the conclusion that drivable cars in Fallout simply does not work. Drivable cars just breaks the game design in Fallout. We tried modeling it after Far-cry, but there is nothing to prevent the player from cheesing the game and running over every enemy in the wasteland. It trivializes the game. We tried balancing this by making cars very rare, expensive and valuable. Making them consume a ton of fuel and fragile to small arms fire and ram damage (running over someone in car does damage to car). It just doesnt work. The best way to implement cars is have them as set pieces. To have them act as fast travel items like the carriages in skyrim

The Ballistic Fist will now fire two 12ga shells on impact, and it fires them for real. Can somebody explain damage in fallout76? I'm a noob I watch a video of some guy with the same gun delete mobs in 1-3 shots. I copy the build as best I can, not perfectly cause I don't have the legendary perk slots. It takes 2-3 reloads it kill shit that they are pretty much 1 shotting. DESU Bethesda's BOS doesn't really make sense, industry doesn't exist in Bethesda Fallout so eventually the BOS would lose their advanced technology due to attrition from fighting super mutants & enclave. Especially since they allow random wastelanders to join who would drain their supplies faster.
