The lesson that GGG should take away from this: The entire late-game should scale WAY higher. Having ~90% monster effectiveness in maps when the stars align is a joke. People love fighting hard monsters and getting high rewards, to a point where they are willing to spend 50+ hours to just set up their temple to do so. The lesson GGG will take away from this:The temple produced more loot than desirable (from Jonathan perspective) so all future mechanics will be rolled out in a pre-nerfed state to never let an accident like this happen again. ---Between the two BFR is the bigger retard compared to Jonathan, but at least he understood that at the end of the day the game needs to be fun.

Why I prefer D4 over PoE2- D4 is much much more simpler than PoE2, the build diversity and possibilities of PoE2 is much bigger. This might seem a win for PoE2 but actually I like more D4 in this aspect because I don't have a lot of experience in making my own builds without guides in ARPGs and I feel more confident in being able to do so in D4 over PoE2- The gameplay. Why did initially call of duty gain so much fame? Because the controls were amazingly fun. The sprint, shooting, the covers ... Nowadays I know it's not that big of a deal but when it came out it felt amazing and with Diablo 4 I feel more or less the same: the controls are a lot of fun, more than PoE2 in my opinion.Still, what I don't like at all about POE2 is that the game wants to squaze you of all your money. Base game for me was 30€, stash expansion 30€, the new stash expansion full price will be 40€ + microtransactions + kirac passes ... The game wants every penny you have.

My problem with this game being a sequel is just how derivative it is for the sake of continuity. Why is the abyss boss set at a relatively easy level and not made into a 3 stage pinnacle boss? Why are the pinnacle bosses on ritual, deli, and breach? Why are those mechanics back so prominently at all? Because in order to be poe, it has to have pinnacles. They're so predictable, it's unreal.
