So Da Vinci trying to go to PHH probably fucked something up and left her in this void for the last year or however long in virtual time. Chaldea is probably recreated from her as the basis. Whether she is the cause of everything and is becoming a Beast or an unluckly for her lucky for the world turning point against the Beast will remain to be seen.
