I got the PTB and just played against Vecna 2. I only had one chase with him but it was really fun, I see what people mean now. Technically he could put it with TAS precision right beneath your feet and you wouldn't be able to escape, but one that's never going to happen, and two, on the rare instances he manages that absolutely pinpoint precision, he deserves it. Realistically, it's always somewhere where you have just enough time to dodge, and if he puts it somewhere unexpected you have less time to dodge. It's just really fun. No idea how it feels to actually play as though and fuck PTB killer times, I'll have to find out when he comes to live.

I think Vecna 2 is balanced very well and should have no or minimum changes, people complaining about him are shitters. Dodging him is fair and simple, it's a healthy mix of predicting and reacting. As fun and fair and interactive as a DBD chase can get. Playing as him, landing the power is much more about prediction, as the closer you have them to the center when you launch the attack the more likely you are to land it, and the degree to which you miss off center is the degree of reaction time that can save them. I think it's a great power. If I would nerf him, I would make world breaker last much less time, it's practically up all game. I don't think I would buff him in any way. His add-on's aren't interesting either, though I have no idea of my own.
