Salefa is a good card at stalling the game which is what you need for cuckishiro deck.
blinding faith is also a bit worse against puppets because you don't have the salefa to trade into the 4/4 or the 5/5 and they can play around it really easily by putting damage on the 3/3 puppet or the 3/3 tokens instead

Sometimes Lilanthim evo+sandalaphon can end the game faster, but worst comes to worse eventually Raio comes down and you just start throwing more value at the board until the opponent chokes.
