She's a massive outlier and plays pretty uniquely.Notes about build choices:- To full strip with one cast of Pillage, Hildryn needs either 400% ability strength or 328% and Corrosive Projection. This build has no archon shards, so you could reach 328 by adding 5 tau strength shards and swapping Boreal's Anguish for Power Drift. That much investment isn't necessary for ETA or regular SP, but it's an important breakpoint that this build is very close to. Arcane Expertise lets Hildryn double dip on ability strength, so that would be a pretty significant increase in power even ignoring the Pillage breakpoint.- IMO duration is a matter of preference for Hildryn. Ability drain is tolerable with with enough shield capacity, so duration only affects Pillage. This build is almost max range, so the negative duration is tolerable, especially with Pillage being line of sight.- Arcane Aegis is probably replaceable, but it's extremely comfortable and gives you more wiggle room when enemies start doing more damage. Keep in mind it only protects you from so much, and IMO Hildryn doesn't scale into long endurance missions.- I'm pretty sure multishot and AOE add Enervate stacks without consuming them, so Enervate is the best arcane for a huge AOE like Balefire Charger. Some of this crit damage is coming from Tenacious Bond.- I'm using Jolt because I was being stingy with forma and don't have the capacity for Primed Convulsion. Apparently I've never upgraded a regular Convulsion, and I kind of think it's funny to leave it that way. Raw damage instead of status should be fine for elec and/or viral.- I used to like Blazing Pillage, but you don't need it for modern content and you just shouldn't bring Hildryn for star chart infested.

However lifesteal is disgusting so you can full heal in one second which makes you as immortal as shieldgating.Or you can play inaros or nidus with the augment and use arcane grace and just be immortal.In theory it means you don't get one shot by crazy damage spikes which is the main weakness of health tanking. Of course it's bugged so you will still die this way but maybe one day.
