Changing it from fullscreen to borderless windowed has helped it feel less stuttery for me but you'll have to wait and hope next patch fixes it. They already acknowledge that some people said they were having performance issues on a devshort and that they'll look into it. Steve and Reb seem to be implying it might be a windows problem though from the last 2 shorts.

You proc elec once on an enemy and then every subsequent status is replicated on every other which is absolutely retarded, that and electricity is buffed to also replicate its damage on surrounding enemies, so it turns every melee into a room nuker. That said, it's best used when there are a lot of enemies in one place to maximize the effects, coupled with blast for example it can create a chain reaction that wipes any group of enemies with very good scaling. It's not so great for single target damage.

I genuinely didn't understand Melee Afflictions. The extra throughput it gives you only works on targets you have no need of damage on anyway (normal enemies and Eximus who already have their Overguard stripped).
