Now that I think of it the pacing of the canto could've been solved with an intervallo, segment the raid on the Lobcorp facility off to the side, reserve the whole raid on the spiders for the whole canto. Would've fixed the pacing issue and rushed development

So the lord for the canto was the fingers themselves right?They commissioned (forced) the nursefathers to paint (raise) the hell screen (ryoshu).This makes ryoshu the daughter since her sacrifice would be needed to finish the work. As much as I dislike the "twist" that the pinky nursefather was araya I think they handled well enough because her suffering the fate she did was arguably because this was one of the few times we saw ryoshu acting as a bad parent when putting her into the safe. She assumed that her daughter was just like her somthing we see with each of the nursefathers to a degree. As her turning into the scabbard for as similar it is to heathcliff I don't mind it so much. There is just enough of a difference in execution that I think it's fine. Besides quite a few sinners share similarity at the end of their cantos (greg, sinclair) , (ishmael, yisang, honglu). The only real thing I think is gonna tick me off is despite adding a keyword to ryoshu base ID and updating the sprite they still refused to change any effects of her base kit or ego.
