Nobody used Rocket Pods because they would consistently fail to kill heavies even after two or three direct hits. They're a bit less shit now because you get four uses per sortie instead of three, but they're still unreliable against heavies and it's a massive waste to use them against mediums. I pick it regularly these days because it combos super well with the Epoch.
