If you're worried about the beats they're not mandatory you can spam his 1 and 2 without timing it to the beat and not miss out on damage. Timing it to the beat just gives minor buffs. His one has a larger range if timed, 2 gets doubled crit chance, 3 makes you invul for longer and 4 gives you no energy cost. You only really need to care about timing the beat for your 2. He's really not that hard to build

He gets an additional jump, meaning he can bullet jump TWICE before landing, that's a siginficant time savings. Stack parkour speed to the moon, toss on enough energy/duration/efficiency to use effigy, get proton pulse for 100% bullet jump speed, master tapping the walls. It's crazy and very controllable since your base speed is still low.
