Normally I just stick to lane (mid), this game I try to rotate for objectives and roam with the jungler: I get Quest like 5 minutes later than the enemy midlaner. Now consider I was hitting them often enough, and you get Quest progression from doing damage in midlane. Of course the enemy midlaner started hitting harder than I could handle for those 5 minutes.
