So I think its safe to say that in gregors ego with all the seals of the library departments. Those are meant to represent the abilities dante is unlocking as the sapling of light is created. As each seal in unlocked Gregors power is slowly unleashed. This will all peak during Outis' Canto where he goes into a ptsd episode and unlocks his next form. Looking at Gregor's base ego the arm kind of looks like a wrapped gift now and I cannot unsee it.

The novel ends with Moses meeting the bloodfiend she talks about in Canto 7 so the ending to that is 'explained' in Limbus though so who knows
