When the creeps hit the tower it's okay to aggro the creeps and drag them away from it or even just run in a circle. You can also block the creep wave manually outside of tower range. Tinker is a weird twofold, unsolvable design problem. On the one hand, being overly reliant on travels creates absurd non-games for the tinker picker and incentivizes players to report him. On the other hand, getting travels (and a self-purge) for free makes counterplay extremely difficult.

She can be either if you play it right, but she's not nearly the carry she used to be. I think the diffusal change really fucks her, cause diffusal was pretty strong on her. Like I said in my other post, you can do those attack moves on the minimap to save swapping your camera around.
