Grabbing It's On and Cooldown and getting 800 stamina/wit drops the rating you need down to a much more reasonable 10,600, pretty manageable. Wit is by far the harder of the two stats to get to 800 so focus on it as much as you can while still keeping up on speed. Stamina should mostly raise itself with full stamina inheritance and should only need a tiny bit of training to push you over.

Or like I said, don't, just settle with whatever race bonus you can muster and enjoy playing with your favorite umas. Don't stress.
