Of course that's assuming that you have high level dragonlights, moonflowers, and cakes as well as assuming that you're lucky with your equipment selection. Jade Codex is easy to 5* so it's often better than 1* or 2* Kettle, but also a generally good replacement for other BiS equips because both the ATK% buff and the skill buff are generally useful on most characters. Likewise, Butter's Card is useful on most 3* characters (especially eldynes) because it has good stat buffs and they usually have decent enhanced attacks and there's some decent supports that synergise with enhanced attacks.
