People generally recommend depression because it's the easiest to build and Yomi is super strong. There's also the dig-site tickets you get every 30 floors that will help you fill out Depression. Vivi and Ui would be great for clearing Crusade with 4+1+1 Depression btw. You should be set with those for now outside of later stages where Vivi has elemental weakness.
