It's fun and is the best way to boost your battle pass or events/challenges, since a stadium win counts as 4, whereas a regular 5v5/6v6 win counts as 2. Third person has a multi game adjustment period, but don't give up on it immediately. You'll be used to it within 2-3 games and will actually hate first person afterwards.

So you shouldn't have people flaming you for lack of damage/elims. It's totally fine to bail on a fight, too, if it's not winnable. Get used to pressing tab often, it'll show team ults and who is dead. You'll start to get a sense for what enemies have ult, even if you can't see their counters. If your team is 3 down and they have an ult, it's perfectly fine to bail and regroup. But if you're 3 down, they have no ults, and you + whoever else is up do, you may be able to turn it. In those cases you want to focus the healers with your ult, then DPS, then the tank. Also, with cass, you can throw your stun above enemy shields. So if you're up against a RMB rein, just toss the grenade over the top of his shield. Works with sig, brig, and orisa, too. D.Va can eat it, so you shouldn't be trying to get things past her matrix unless you know it won't be eaten (from behind, sides, or on cooldown). And try to focus the healers over the dps and the tank, as I mentioned earlier. A lot of tanks and DPS are allergic to shooting the mercy, and cass is one of her strongest counters. Even if you can't kill her, making her fuck off to cover and away from her team is enough. She'll usually die from splash as long as you can hit SOME damage on her and stop her from self healing from staff leech. Even 1 point of damage stops her auto regen for like 2 seconds. Pharah is even easier to deal with, even if she's pocketed by mercy. Ideally you want to get rid of mercy first, but if the Pharah has shit aim and is easier to hit for you, focus her first, then get mercy when she tries to rez. Mercy mains are retards that want to rez their pockets without a second thought, and are usually a free follow up kill.
