He was correct that the Dracthyr should be slaves to no one and that they needed to forge their own destiny that had nothing to do with being tools for the Aspects, but he also sacrificed a plethora of his own kind (Keep in mind that Evokers are an elite class of Dracthyr, and that there are already few Dracthyr that exist, as they're about as well populated as Blood Elves were back in TBC) and even went so far as to enslave some to his own with use of the Oathbinder. I actually really liked his character and wish they had done more with him, and I genuinely believe it would have been better to keep him alive to make him atone for his sins, but Blizzard can't help themselves when it comes to making characters into loot pinatas. There are parts of this story that are just never addressed and essentially resolved off-screen, so it's really disappointing to see what could have been a potentially really cool setup, only to be tossed aside in favor of shilling Earthen for one patch and then forgetting about them for the remainder of the expansion.
