Guys I have an idea.What if we gave Sonic a sword and shield and instead of spindashing he could spin his sword around really fast and he had to save a princess from Eggman and also save the island(s) from dark corruption that spawns monsters and Tails gives Sonic a gadget that lets him build things from anything so that he can fly and sail and what if we gave him a huge open world to do this while scattering a bunch of small puzzles across the world that will reward him with incremental upgrades to his stamina, health and carrying capacity.It's very original.
