Probably one of my favorites right now, I've had huge success going 3-1-2 in lane, waiting until I have 2 points in 3 before taking meaningful engagements. I also always max 3 as the extra health per hit is very good. Torment Pulse + Bullet Resist Sshredder for purples, although Spirit Snatch is valuable so you could maybe play around with that and Bullet Resist instead. Point Blank and Hunter's Aura for gun, flexing into Toxic Bullets or whatever as needed. An early Warp Stone also makes your engagements basically free so I tend to get that sooner rather than later.For tier-4 items it's mostly Frenzy, Phantom Strike, Juggernaut, but really you should be getting what your teams needs most at that level so don't be afraid to get Curse or whatever.Oh and mix up your light melee timings so people can't predict it, don't just spam it on cooldown or you'll be eating parries for days.
When does Silver actually get strong? She's got too low damage to be like Shiv with her ult and too little health and resistance to tank most damage. Worst of it all is that shes not good in clearing waves either, what does she even do? Frontline while waiting for teammates?
