It's extremely complex, possibly as much as Dota because despite the itemization/mechanics being simpler it still has the aiming and 3D movement to add a ton of depth to it.However, being a TPS means it's WAY more intuitive to people who have played normal video games before, whereas most mobas don't come naturally unless you're an RTS player or something. It has a huge learning curve and you will likely get your ass reamed for the first dozen games by something you don't understand, but if you pay attention and don't tilt you'll improve very quickly.
