Sereniel and Nine's cards makes me think they're way better at distributing power now so I think she'll at least be well designed: Nine is the first character who dupes their mythic, meaning you can reach the first boss without any epiphanies and still have the right card to dupe and they both have a much better power distribution among their cards. Homing laser/fighting spirit are clearly the best cards but they don't exist in a vacuum and complement the rest of the mechanics and they only have one or two outlier epiphanies so even a stronger character like uncapped Mei Lin will feel worse to play. I expect Tiphera to at least have a fun kit mechanically and since she's the first character of this bodytype they might even push her a little. They also seem to be hinting she'll be a skill spammer sub dps which some of the new items, which is a niche they haven't explored a lot and the cat girl not being limited might mean the power level is more evenly distributed.
