There should be a DPS that spends HP and does more damage as it gets lower on HP but the second part of your loop is a bunch of vampiric abilities that siphon HP from the boss and restore your HP to full and maybe there's a buff during your healing window that flips it so you do more damage for being at full HP instead of low HPthe only problem with this job design is that the healer will look at you dying and heal you to full, griefing your low HP burst window

Your DRK mechanic is actually a healer mechanic in disguise, you get no say in how much your healer decides to juice you and so your ability to have fun is suddenly tied to an external factor.
