I think the detail that is most striking in Endfield are the eyes. Some characters really have mesmerizing eyes like Laevatain and Mi Fu. At the same time, due to their quality it contrasts pretty hard with the NPCs in this game. NPCs at the very least are more varied than other 3D gachas at least, but they still look very different from playables.

My schizo theory is that they will continue to add a lot more 5* as the game goes on the way Arknights did and it won't just be the launch ones forever because getting a dupe of a maxed 5* gives you enough bond quota which can be converted directly into pulls via bond quota and if the 5* pool never updates then with 8% rate+ 1 guaranteed every 10 you'll he positively swimming in bond quota and will be getting tons of refunded pulls once the entire roster is maxed They will dilute the pool with 5*s to make it so the costs of hitting 80/120 isn't so discounted.
