Alright game you got me, after someone telling me I was going to quit last night because I didn't buy a starter account and I would get fucked and lose everything on my first banner I was having doubts. I was at 70 pulls for Shorekeeper and in my mind I was telling myself if I couldn't get her I was just going to cut my losses and move on. Well what do you know, I login, play for an hour, get a few singles and look who showed up. I really hate the concept of 50/50 gacha and there's a good chance I'll quit one day because of it but I'll keep going and hope that day doesn't come. Also I decided to try to make Amy work, I fought the boss that gives her ascension material and just sort of squinted my eyes and looked at the bottom of the screen just enough so I could see what I was doing. It sort of worked, all I could tell was that it was a big guy in a space suit but nothing else. The game gave me some starter packs that let me buy some of the other material she needed. So I think I can get her to at least level 70. Hopefully that will let me use her until I can actually get to the place where you can get her mats for real.
