In DotA mana is relevant, because early game abilities tend to be strong, to really fucking strong. Tiny can basically destroy a hero easily if he catches them right. But his mana prohibitive. You can tell what it would be like with Mana with Graves and her 1. Early game you plain do not have enough charges to press 1 on cooldown, since she actually gets charges not from cooldown time but from shit dying around her. If you spam 1, then you won't have a jar to throw when an enemy is low. I just played Celeste and her 3 is annoying, but balanced by having a hefty 30 second cooldown. So there's no "spamming". So the question of: "Mana Y/N?" is: Are there any early game abilities that you feel are spammed too often, and are too impactful?
