This question doesn't really matter. The fact is that half the shit in this game doesn't match the description either because the translation is fucked or because the card is fucked. People test shit out, and they see how it works, and they assume the description is supposed to match it - and usually, the description gets updated to match how the card has been working.

Alcea might be the only instance in the entire game where the card's mechanic was nerfed to "match" the description, rather than the card's translation being "fixed" to match what was actually mechanically happening within the game.

after using all upgrades and exhausts this deck can't brick without external influence (even if you draw all 4 haru cards, the 5th card will always be a draw card, and the rest of the cards in the deck would also be draw cards, basically the same thing as my other team)
cassius isn't mandatory, it can be veronica with a -1 cost draw 2 rat instead, but i like the tiny bit of extra healing from his upgrade
i tried not to rely on a single character getting 2 different divine epis on 2 different cards because fishing for that is hell, i got extremely lucky with magna and would rather not do that again, however if you want then you can fish for ap on anchor search and remove the need for a 3rd party member completely
the deck peaks at 4 anchor uses per turn, i can't add any more without introducing a brick risk (drawing all 5 haru cards) even if the brick chance is small, i don't like it, and i think 4 uses per turn is plenty enough anyway especially if you manage to get those 2 equips on haru

Hsr is very predatory in shilling the new units and making the old ones basically obsolete. Hsr, just like czn, used to have plenty of showcases of 4* or 5* characters with no dupes clearing content. Nowadays it’s extremely rare to find a showcase of a 4* or an E0 5* (HSR’s dupe system) that isn’t being carried by some newly released broken support with their signature weapon and dupes. Getting dupes and signatures for things that were previously unnecessary has become common and mundane. The game makes so much money because whales pay for signatures and dupes, since everyone knows that without them characters basically have incomplete kits. -then you can max upgrade it via Divine Epiphany

Yeah, that's why (in theory) I like keeping shackles and would rather keep narja's deck to a minimum, and why I try supplementing AP with other characters or divine epiphanies. But I am nooticing right now that my initial build had a "6 card hand" so there's permutations where you don't draw the right cards. That was an issue with my kayron build too that I plan on fixing by redoing nine's deck to have a draw 1 divine epiphany on the exhaust skill and some better equips to play black hole every turn too.
Just by virtue of haru "needing" 5 cards in hand (shot + pointers + lift anchor) it's almost impossible to guarantee drawing your ideal hand every single turn at max ceiling + predation.
I think your double divine epiphany haru + double divine epiphany narja does it even on the worst case scenario (which would be drawing all 5 haru cards because you can anchor shot, anchor pointer, draw into some of the draw card cards, cycle the rest of the deck and go off), and at that point the third leg doesn't really matter so you may as well just slap no cards Rei for the passive damage bonuses.
I think I buy it, this is genuinely it. Maybe next day veronica.
