Tails' 2' 7" -> 4' 7". Makes sense for a young kid, I suppose. Vanilla's 4' 3" -> 6' 3". She's simply a tall adult lady. 3 feet = 5 feet, and 4 feet = 6 feet. The ones actually 5 feet, like Vector's 5'11, translate into seven feet tall behemoths. Which makes perfect sense for Vector, whose supposed to be tower over everyone as this huge monstrous-looking guy anyway.
