I didn't really care about those who use Hachimi/Sweepy/other umambots if that's how they want to play the game, but recently I'm starting to see why they're using it. I couldn't see myself using those kinds of tools back then. I've posted these in the thread, search "stamina requirement umalator" in the archives and you'll find it from about a week ago". The stamina requirement is twofold: 1) don't gas out, 2) get 95%+ full spurt, meaning you will begin to accelerate to top speed as soon as the race begins. This is going to be different for every distance and slightly different for front runners compared to lates, etc. Use the umalator and test it yourself if you need to. For longer tracks (2000+ meters) you will need to use stamina cards, inherit stamina sparks, or both. Pisces is a 3200m rainy heavy CM, you will need 1100+ stamina + 2 or even 3 golds to meet the requirements. When the stamina requirements are high, the wit stat is usually the first to suffer. Speed being capped is more important the longer the track is, after meeting the stamina requirement you cap speed and get power to 900+, which means in Aoharu you'll usually wind up with 400-500 stamina if you highroll, on a Long CM. MANT will change this in certain ways. tl;dr there is no such thing as a one-size fits all training pattern. Sorry.
