Beat fallout 1 not that long ago and all it does is remind me of Xavier Renegade Angel. I could not get through a raider encounter without thinking of "take that" and "taste the pain" every time they punched me. How hard would it be to mod these voice clips in for every punch they throw?

I think the coolest thing about Enhanced Movement is that it prevents you from sprinting if you are using a gun with strength requirements your character doesn't meet. Feels vanilla-esque.
