The dynamic stamina regen feature would cause the temporary buff from being in a certain state - for example, standing still - to be baked into your character if you saved while benefiting from it. I might be getting that wrong, I had the issue a month or two ago. I disabled the feature, which is unfortunate because I enjoyed it but it was too buggy, but I hadn't realized until I had made alot of progress. This was causing Temp to be set to the high value seen here. Damage: -72.03 was supposed to be -80.03, which I was using as a bandaid fix, but something seems to have changed it. I'm not sure what. I can just bandaid it again back to -80.03 but I'd rather fix the root cause if I can. I know the simplest option is to start a new save but it feels bad to throw away a ~300 hour save file.For anyone looking for something similar, I found this https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/170711 which applies a stamina cost to light attacks; the main reason I installed Fenix NG. The problem is it's a fixed amount and doesn't scale with weapon weight, so lightweight variants such as shortswords or hatchets don't fully benefit from their lower carry weight.
