I predict that when Ilsa is nerfed, one change will be that the Burst Removal followup will no longer consume more than three bullets no matter which version is used. Ilsa gets way too much damage off of Ear Ringer for nothing but a skill cooldown and dumping a resource that requires no effort to keep topped off. It's also not difficult to decide when to dump the stocks since you get probably a whole second to see that Ear Ringer hit before you pick your followup. You can't even really say that she loses screen position or whatever by reloading at the end, because she's very strong at full screen due to how the laser works, so who cares?
If neutral is when neither character is at advantage, then neutral is a mythical nirvana state that doesn't exist, because nearly every character has a different effective range where they're stronger or weaker than other charactersIf zoners being far away isn't neutral (which is an actual thing you retards have said), then grapplers having to get in isn't playing neutral either, because they're at a disadvantage.
