Basically don't worry about it, if the boss itself doesn't designate the front unit needs to be X class on one of its attacks (usually its first skill), it's not relevant. Defenders in general I'd say are more of a niche class. Most of them can carry you by stalling fights, but healers can do that better most of the time. They tend to come with a particular passive utility that can be situationally good, so outside of that, you can get away with not running them for many stages.

For example, in no gimmicks battles, you ca easily run 4x anything or 1 of each or whatever so long as you can make it work. On the other hand some bosses give bonuses to your team if you meet certain party requirements while penalizing something else. An example would be like >takes less damage from fire heroes and deals more damage to fire heroes>every time an enemy ranger attacks, heals enemy team for 10% of their max hpShit like this. I haven no idea how long ago the release was, I'm under the assumption that it spawned from epic seven? since a lot seems similar but so far I'm pleasantly surprised by the quality of the models and animations, worldbuilding, story and such and besides players having sunk cost fallacy in other games I'm really wondering why not more people are playing this game.I know it maybe doesn't do anything revolutionary and many people bitch about games having PvP but I can't imagine how people would rather playing something like Arknights Endfield for that matter. Due to my age I might be more drawn good old "not towned down" designs than others but like I said the game holds up really well in many other departments. The only time to realistically need to min max her with penetration/attack or crit damage is when you actually reach end game and fight pve bosses that take like 4+ rounds to end and even then it depends. While some might criticize speed being a monopoly set in this game, it ultimate comes down to manipulating priority aka turn order and that usually has a heavy influence on the outcome of battle pve or PvP wise, so at least for new players speed set is all you need on every character because even if not optimal it’s never plain wrong early on. The first piece of content you might need different gear is when you hit Irregular Operation some enemies drop your speed to 0 so it’s a waste but they aren’t so tough you need a separate gear set for them, just slap MAme up front and the moment it’s her turn s3->s2 and watch her magic work, god it’s so much easier than before especially after nerf.

For PvE unless you enjoy ranking there’s no need for specific heroes, you will slowly collect the Pokédex and be able to clear all content so save your tickets and ether for who you want not what makes you strong. So if Summer Ember is your kinda girl don’t think just get her. Now whether to get her 6* or stick with 3-4* is dependent on how much you like her but don’t let the color be a deciding factor. That’s irrelevant because there’s Veronica and Luna, each having different pros and cons compared to Ember (Of course Ember is still the best but it’s not game breaking and you can grind the former two’s shards).

In fact Core Fusion is essentially just a more flashy way to buff old heroes, so while there’s no guarantee the hero will be meta after the buff, overall it does mean you don’t have to worry about scarcity. The only heroes you might have permanently missed out on is Danmachi collab. Devs and m9 don’t have the leeway Smilegate does to waste money so even though almost nobody hated the collab (it’s story was well received relative to other gacha collabs like Nikke/bd2/etc probably around the level of Nikke Stellar Blade collab minus the high production value aka OST + voice acting + minigames) so that might suck, but you have Miota which means even the mighty Ryu isn’t as valuable, Ais was a freebie and Bell/Hestia is replaceable with Maxie.

>>559278864Core fusion is a new system where you farm Monad Gate and get weekly resources to be used (generally 150 a pop late game each week) and once you accumulate 900 you can transform certain heroes. The result is their kit becomes vastly stronger usually and they also come in a new form but you can swap back to the old costumes if you don’t like how it looks. Basically t’s an updated kit + costume that shows the growth of a character story wise. For reference. The premium banner is strictly made up of characters that got upgraded one or the other hence their premium price, while limited is more wide ranging having lore upgrade heroes but also seasonal silly shit and hence is usually in between in terms of performance . That said so far no core fusion has managed to match premiums or limited in PvP, but in pve where more gameplay modes = more versatility in meta, core fusions are quite competitive when the stage matches them.The devs have stated around 10-15 heroes will get core fusion updates per year, so these resources are somewhat important.

>>559495407Depends on content, also according to last thread pen+atk or pen+crit damage might be better than straight pen given the 2 piece bonus is higher than the 4 piece bonus. But speed is more versatile overall. There’s not much content in the game so far where turn limit is so tight and the enemy is so slow that speed isn’t better simply because the slower you are, the more turns the enemy has which translates to damage/survival anyways.

I'm hitting something
How important is it to get fire elemental characters lvled so I can properly do stage 12 or 13 of the chimaera? My initial team which is light can't do higher than 11 and I'm not sure how much better the drop rates of 12/13 are.While I'm able to swap around my equipment between characters, the lvl of my elemental teams and the missing upgrades/skill increases is quite low which prevents me from really using them in higher stages.

Well we take Snow to another timeline and she gets uppity and silly with the Snow of that timeline ranging from being picky if the player happens to save new Snow in romcom ways to bragging to new Snow that she already has a boyfriend and is a raijuu unlike new Snow who bitches back and the flow of dialogue should come out like a waterfall ending with pushing new Snow to whoever she likes in that timeline playing Cupid. It’s just so natural it’s impossible to fuck up, you can easily imagine it, it’s cliche, and that’s exactly why it matches Outerplane the king of bootleg anime tropes gacha.

As you know, M9 is finding IP's to collab with. There's one Interaction where he scheduled a Collab meeting with FGO and they responded "Who are you guys?" Anyway no confirmed collabs yet and if there's any successful deal anytime soon. It'd be playable next year at best.

Fate tends to sleep their skimpy stuff in the form of alts so if you aren’t going for something like a summer swimsuit collab you’re basically stuff with girls like Kama who aren’t typically used for collabs so it’s a pure gamble if it’ll work.Also what metrics are you using to determine players want collabs?
