The story repeatedly nails wishes and sacrifices and everyone here has some work for their duties or murder. While Part 1 dealt more with Nine and seeking to restore her planet, Tiphera nicely fits in since she is also a citizen of a desert planet, drawing parallels to Rico’s civillization and Tiana’s flashback foreshadowing the nature of Burning Life as well.It’s obvious Part 3 will deal with Rico and Rita but by then we also progressed their subplots as they used the Colossus to expose the sacrifices the coliseum did and the monster it summoned. The event is a pair of the Desert Planets and the atrocities their committed for survival as well as the plants spreading as if to attend those prayers - tying with the parasyte seed subplot that infected the Captain on Verne.I really don’t have issues with this event so far.

When Yuki starts showing up, the story gets a little bit better, but still not good. Yuki's voice actress is really good though. I stopped reading the story after Yuki's patch, so if it gets better after that I have no idea, but the story is complete trash. Trauma codes are almost worth reading to the point that you should read them if you want to read some part of this game at least.
