I recently picked up DL and cloaked in 90hrs already, maining mostly mina.I come from shooter background (OW, TF2, CS) lost first matches and got placed at initiate where I maintained rank for about 40 hours maintaining stats appropriate for that level. But now I just dominated alch 2 as seeker. I'm pushing 75% wr from past 34 matches. Evan games that seem to be lost, i win. In most cases I'm free to do whatever I want as Mina and I bring impact in late game despite being squishy afPart of it is I believe the fact that I now understand mechanics, strenghts of my hero, counter building each game etc. but I believe just as big part plays the fact that I do the damn objectives and farm on enemy's side whenever I can. There is so much chaos on these ranks that just staying consistant throughout the match, is enough to tip the scales.I wonder where my rank will settle with that recent skill spike?I'm playing with people who are on their second game overall. I just tried a game on new Paradox and holy fucking shit this feels godawful.Your only skills that do anything are the Carbine and the Swap (and only the swap part of it). The damage is a sad joke, all her early-midgame burst is gone and what's left of it is concentrated in one single shot that's gotten a minor buff. You straight up cannot miss it ever because you do no other damage at all beyond M1. The ult just tickles and there's no wall part to it now. Instead of going 2 -> 4 you go 2 -> 3 in a desperate attempt to make up for the lost damage, which makes your carbines even more obvious. The wall in isolation does nothing because nobody sane is going to fucking stand still behind it. It does not cc or hurt. It does not deny space. The weapon damage buff is completely not worth standing fucking still in a gorillion AoE with everyone on the other team k-styling all over the place. Nevermind anyone actually playing around the abilities of others in a pub game. The ult also won't save your ass anymore since the barrier is a joke compared to the previous lifesteal. You also pretty much need to get your ult to T2 ASAP because otherwise the cooldown is obnoxious for your ganking bread and butter. It's the only thing you have after all besides the Carbine.And don't ask me what does "-20% Time Slow for 0.2s" on the nade mean exactly because I've failed to notice anything in-game. I've yet to try bombdox with the rebalanced grenade too, I usually go gun.

Better than Dispel Magic against telegraphed effects- Dispel Magic is an alternative to Counterspell for when the enemy team has e.g. an Infernus or Bebop or other heroes whose stuff you can dispel, but does not have telegraphed CC like Lash. If they buy an assload of knockdowns you can get both this and Counterspell.- Warp Stone gives you extra mobility while flying- Unstoppable is a decent lategame pickup if they have e.g. an Abrams with Phantom Strike constantly fishing you out of the air
