The answer to rewards problem is really simpleStop doing level 1 glams and give them real stats that are 5 ilvl below savage gear or w/e and have different stats. Make it apply to eureka, criterion, maps even moon crafting content and whatever else rewarded level 1 gear.Now that glamours are unlocked it would never be an issue for anyone.
