This is the most annoyingly good Spider-Man player I've played against, I'd argue he's one of the best of all my hours playing and he's an OTP. I posted about it yesterday but I've been keeping tabs on a few players in this rank for the sake of knowing when to ban their characters and funny enough, the only time he loses is when the enemy team Ban his main. Why doesn't Competitive above Diamond have a feature where it pauses the entire lobby for player disconnects and crashes? That seems like a totally necessary feature in a game like this. I'm pretty certain that every Call of Duty had this because I distinctly remember seeing a pause screen pop up in World at War and Modern Warfare II whenever a player would lose connection, for fuck sakes even the casual shooters had this feature.I had an Invisible Woman on his Eternity rank up game lose connection for 20-30 seconds and the enemy team almost won the match because they snagged second round from that alone. If they dont nerf Gambit, Elsa into the ground, and hit Phoenix, Invisible Woman, and Cloak & Dagger with another nerf going into Season 7 then I'm certain the game is going to continue falling off into irrelevancy.Their inability to slap long standing S-tier characters into a lowA - B tier spot is unreal. The game becomes so predictable in GM+ because every lobby deteriorates; you begin seeing the same characters on repeat. You have to pick your poison or luck out that both teams managed to ban Elsa, Gambit, Phoenix along with Groot or Loki. And before you even say "Well Ranked doesn't matter" I play against Shitters in Quickplay and even they're gravitating towards the same meta. Captain America, Human Torch, and Psylocke getting nerfed to a reasonable level is what this game needs more of. And believe me It's so much better for the game to consistently have a rotating meta because GuangGuang stirring the pot with a new blatantly broken character while Zhiyong simultaneously drops his big nothing burger of a patch every month is making the game worse.
