Ensure you have sufficient core slots and unit slots available. The reason why we do Chapter 2 is for the chance at frag drop for the 4* Tsubaki Onkyouki assembly as well as attack cores. Chapter 6 is fine too but imo is harder than Chapter 2 and you get crit res cores which isn't nearly as useful.
