Although I doubt anyone cares, here is an update on my tulpa situation. I am seeing a therapist on Friday as I feel like this thing is changing. I mentioned last time that it has been ignoring my personal space, now it feels like it is gets mad whenever I interact with other people. When in public it won't leave my side, but the second I say "hi" to someone it stares at them and then stares at me. Unlike all the other times it stares at me when this happens it feels menacing. I have also been finding it by my side when I wake up.
