I play rogue for years and I level a new rogue every time I jump on wow again and these talents with 2 swords is unironically the best leveling experience. Garrote + 3 combo points rupture that you'll get from 1 garrote and 1 hemo and mobs are melting in seconds. Also hemo crits so often it outputs more damage on average than ss. The only downside is no aoe but with how bad blade flurry is compared to aoe spells of other classes, lets be honest, it's not really that big of a deal.
