The best Saturn emulator today is the MiSTer core and I am not even meming or kidding. Just about every, if not ever, but listed for Med and Ymir justwerx on it.
Ymir has at least tackled some issues no other Saturn emu has to date, like that whore mahjong game.

All PS1 emus fuck this up. While still too fast the N64 core is a lot closer than any emu in the Body Harvest intro. FPGAs are mostly a meme toy, but paired with a CRT they have some advantages.
