I heard about the whale and 03 already mentioned the demon realm, but I wonder if like, the universe is located on a physical planet, or if there's a cosmos surrounding the Continent, or if the demon realm is a physical place or a dimension unto its own. Or if it's literally like an MMORPG server where the world map is all that there is.

This let me beat Crypt of the Queens with a level 34 Rance and level 30 Magic.I thought that this would be my limit and I would have to stop and do the side quests here, but The Third Army of Helman was seriously easy. I would have stopped at Queen Pastel Kalar, but the same logic as what I used for the Hugants applied. Specially, the EXP from Vivid was insane and I needed to learn the Full fight anyway. My discovery that Full stops healing around turn 60 is what let me beat her. Without that, I would have been right to quit.The only reason why I haven't rushed to the To Kawanakajima We Go quest now is that I wanted to get the Moruruns that I gathered out of the way. Sel hit level 35 shortly before I beat Full and a lot of the other girls were only a little behind.As a more general point, it has been massively foreshadowed that Rance will obtain Chaos in this game. Rushing to that power boost by focusing on the main story is certain to be a good move. It has also become clear that the game gives you more recruits if you're too far ahead in the main story. I should also mention that it was probably a more interesting choice to make the bad guys have some sort of civil war going on their side as well with the Hornetites and the Kayblis faction than to have them be united, as if they only existed to be the villains of the story.
It's also interesting that Rance really seems to forget things that happened and people that he met barely six months ago. I thought he was just being cheeky, to tease or to get under the skin of people he doesn't like, but...he genuinely seems to be almost completely forgetful about things that don't involve pussy.
