Someone who finds a way to compete with force users despite not having the force is so much cooler than someone who was just born with a bunch of midichlorians in their blood so they have magical powers. It's the exact same reason I personally think wizards are cooler than sorcerors. Working hard to get where you are is so much cooler than being a nepobaby.Operative is a million times more fun to play than any of the force classes, and sniper has by far the coolest weapons in the game. The sound design of Rail Shot and Penetrating Blasts (what I did to your mom) are much better than anything any force class has. The force classes swing a glowstick around and it makes woosh noises. Even the operative story is the best story. Agent mogs every class in fun, story, and weapons. The only thing it loses on is that everyone in their crew is cringe but that stops mattering in the expansions when every class has a hundred companions to choose from.Hell, I would even go as far as to say Agent has the best or one of the best voice actors too, for both men and women.It's actually crazy how Agent is the best thing in every way once you think about it.

I want an actual CRPG that's designed for AI controlled companions.Your companions feel less like people and more like puppets when you're able to psychically control them all in combat. Its also a huge fucking pain to control them in a RTWP game. If Wrath of the Righteous had some kind of system that let you customize the AI packages for your companions so they can actually use their abilities dynamically without you having to baby them 24/7, the game would be 10x better.BG3 on the other hand would be fun with AI controlled companions because it would make your party feel more alive instead of just extensions of your will.
