I'm watching a guy play through the game, he finished R0 and even after the stomach scar reveal he thinks Nozomi and Karua are two different people, which I mean, he isn't wrong, but not in the way he thinks. He's like "Yes, Nozomi and Takumi are really sweet, but I don't want Nozomi to be a homewrecker". Also his first route ended up being Comedy.
