Her meterless damage is mediocre without counter hit, most all her best interactions lead to her giving up her turn without meter, choose between stance mixup and minimal CC or better CC with full neutral reset. One of the biggest examples of her being a weaker designed character is how one of the stance changes was "better chip damage". They want you to pressure with stance more than they want Yuel to remain plus.Most people who put Yuel into high tier on their lists, I assume they don't know the matchup and complained they got knowledge checked on a less than popular character.
