It could for example say instead of Diffizzle#3289 say Destroyer#3289 and then when you go to lobby keep the actual player names in the recent player tab so bad actors aren’t able to effectively use this system to avoid detection.Ranked is fun, tense, and even rewarding however losing to teams cheating completely knocks all the wind out of that experience. I just watched an assassin and a thief with snipers just stare at a supply drop that I called trying to do the Traxus mission. For 8 minutes. The areas around the sides are very safe and they are usually in two layers, so there are definitely places where you can lay low and let players pass or otherwise get your stuff in your backpack and either start heading out or pathing back towards a safer spot. I’m no game developer or a game director, but in my 25+ years of playing games with friends and solo, I found myself playing a lot of games that had a great campaign first, then fall in love with PvP multiplayer to follow it up. And this helped a lot of casual friendly approaches at least in my experience to play a game first before being a PvP addict. That was my halo experience and my destiny experience at least.I understand that this is an extraction shooter, but given the team working on this and their background, I feel like it might have been a big miss to not have even a short lived campaign experience that maybe could have been expanded in future DLC. How much extra work would that be and cost to Bungie? Not a clue.Just feel like a simple campaign experience would have helped people get used to other shells, different guns, how movement works - in a situation where they aren’t getting slaughtered and quitting on free kits, or without gear fear and getting slaughtered in the same fashion. why the fuck does recon even exist. every part of her kit is just hard countered by signal jammer because everyone uses it, even when they're not her abilities are just fucking dogshit. the spider bot is unreliable at best, the tracking is retarded and most of the time it will just run around in circles unless you practically land it on someones fucking head, even when it detonates on a player they can just avoid it by walking away. prime ability all it does is broacast your fucking position to everyone. if you use it preemptively you get fucked because you completely lose the advantage of surprise. you can't even use it when the fights already started because it takes five business days to activate so you just get flanked if you stop pushing for a second because of how aggresive this game is with everyone running shotguns. her passive is worthless because 90% of the time if you've been pinged you already saw them or you're already dead. the stalker trail is rarely useful because the ttk is low and you can just do the same thing with your ears when they run away to heal. her stats are worse than every other shell and she has 0 utility outside of combat. the only good part of her kit is the ability to ping at any range on a finisher, but again in the current meta it's pretty useless because no one goes for finishers anymore they just shoot you to death because going for a finisher on anyone but the last guy is a death trap and a waste of time, which completely defeats the purpose of the ability. she was obviously designed for a game with a much slower pace and ttk, she literally has no place in the game's current meta and needs to be seriously reworked. no other shell comes anywhere as close to being so utterly useless, you are basically throwing the match if you choose her at this point. which is sad because she is by far the coolest looking shell imo

You have 4 maps in this game1. Perimeter. The literal garbage tutorial map they put you in beginner queue to familiarize yourself with the game. It has very little variance. Large open areas. And small pois with little content in them. Most players will go to the hauler or the southwest zone and thats it. Rounds are over in 10 minutes. Shit map that should only be beginner queue or tutorial.2. Dire marsh. The pvp retard battle royale map. You spawn next to each other at multiple locations which leads to 1 to 2 teams being wiped immediately off the map meaning your true playercount is really about 12-15. Pois are larger than perimeter and have more variance. However they are stretched out by open areas covered in fog. Theoretically this is a good thing, however everyone knows you can thermal sniper cheese the fog so now you have trios of thermal sniper purple teams hunting players through the fogand then aping with shotguns. Rounds devolve into whoever can ape and kill the purples fastest or they wipe the lobby in 10 minutes then spend the rest of the round doing lockdowns and anomalies for gold gear. Worst of the maps.3. Outpost. Good design finally. Objectives that make sense, proper pois with good spots to shoot each other. Flanking positions, good vents, hidden paths offer good positioning options. Pinwheel is a little too easy once you learn you can just run past the bots in the wings but its still a shitshow half the time with other teams getting there. Rooks are the strongest on this map too so you have to deal with a solo demon wstr rook rolling your shit team sometimes. Heat cascade is gay as fuck. Key locations are gay as fuck. The conveyance request being loot scannable by thiefs for 2 minute pinwheel entrances is gay. Loot inside pinwheel is kinda shit if youre not high level. Best map tho.
Cryo- cant see shit. Can't figure out where youre supposed to go. Retarded clearance is too scarce to rely on at all. You might just get fucked because in 30 minutes you cant get to level 3 because nothing new ever spawns clearance wise youre just fucked with whatever spawned at round start so even if you get good loot from a good fight if you cant get clearance youre left behind and die. Enemy density and confusing map design only cater to 3 stack no lifers who are stimmed out on their headsets like theyre in a pro tourney playing for money. Everyone else gets shit on. Vaults are esoteric and retarded to do. You cant safe pocket your marathon keys so you'll never get practice doing them so functionally you'll never accomplish them asa normal player. The final boss is a compiler minor after 6 prior vaults open. Bad mapNext "map" is dire marsh with a night skybox. So another thermal rape map. This game and its devs are retarded
