Dark side saboteur has been kino. You get your hands dirty murdering people so the republic doesn't have to. A realistic scenario. Bad people in bad places doing bad things protect the rest of the world from worse people.I find it absolutely hilarious that this game has more reactivity and choices and actual evil, and more importantly well written, justified, and realistic evil choices than most traditional crpg. The Onderon and Mek-Sha storylines give you an actual reason to click on the dark side choices even if you are otherwise light side, and that sort of writing that manages to do that is sorely lacking in crpg's. All too often, we just slam the Iconoclast, or Lawful Good, or whatever alignment system button. Hell, even the original kotors, I have trouble thinking of more than just a handful of times where I chose opposed alignment choices.Did you know that you can get the Imperial Emperor killed on Iokath, and that from then on for the next hundreds of hours of story, they actually hired two voice actors to play two different characters depending on if you killed the Emperor or saved them. No other game does that. I love this game.

I liked that mission in expeditions where the city is being raided and you have to flee because you literally have no equipment.Except the game doesn't force you to flee. You can pull a Thermopylae and lure enemies into a narrow pass where you can use pure skills to wipe them all out while Syneros spams his unique resourceless heal on you.I love optional challenges that require you to make the absolute most of limited resources.
