I'm spoilering it assuming you haven't beaten Part 2 yet, but Granberia is suffering cognitive dissonance and is very conflicted because she feels like she's betraying someone she swore her allegiance to no matter what she does, Erubetie is already a mentally unstable schizophrenic and Tamamo literally gives up in despair and decides to just lie down in the fox shrine while waiting to die because she cannot bring herself to go along with that plan.

Also Alice was never really that close to the knights either. The only one she had a deep bond with was Tamamo. Ironically Paradox also makes Alma look like the one of the four with the strongest moral character (which is hysterical considering the original Alma but still true) because her reaction to being told to start genociding towns and assassinating political figures is to pretty much tell Alice 15th to go fuck herself and abandons ship, and is the only one who never really changes on that ideal.

Oh that's Kris, she's a Harpy Knight. Although I would say she's more blond than green. She's neat, and I kept her the whole game too, along with Tsubasa. She's also similar to Reina and Miu in that she has priority and bonuses with a skill; unlike those two though she's not as good because the priority on the spear skills kind of backfires since unless you go out of the way to make sure Reina has significantly more agility than she does there's a chance she'll attack before she has a chance to get buffed or the enemies get debuffed. I just think people are taking some "let me slide the color over here" as deepest lore about "green" hair tips.
It was just a color shift made to add dimension to the hair in the digital artwork. There's no deeper lore here. She's intended to be blonde, the artist is probably a bit green insensitive and ended up skewing slightly off-center to green to get the shadowing he wanted.
Some people, being more green sensitive, have the tips in turn blend into the main hair for them, making them think her blonde hair is greener.
For my part, I'm on that more sensitive side and felt like her hair tinted a bit more green than it does. Objectively, it doesn't and my perception is slightly in error there.

She might be an irredeemably evil and narcissistic moron but I will say that at the very least, with the human powerup from Suzu's benadryl induced fever-dream the ice witch isn't actually that bad in battle.
She's still not like super great or anything she's weaker than the penguin but she has some decent support bonuses and could two-hit-kill some stuff on the hard mode stages. It helps that she's mostly just meant as a ribbon for a fairly good subskill and Okyuu is able to actually heal her, since you normally cannot heal or support tokens in any way, meaning she's also the only human who doesn't die within like thirty seconds.

I did find a different post that ended up citing that Alma actually does indeed refrain from killing Luka at high affection in Paradox though, from like five years back, with the anon mentioning this in rebuttal to someone who hated her specifically because said anon hated it to the point he went back to the refight in hades just to intentionally die and get the snuff version he actually wanted. Which I find really funny, to be honest. I guess some people really are that into that kind of thing.
This has no bearing on the current conversation but since some people cite it as the only real reason to hate Alma in Paradox I just felt it worth mentioning here since, well, it kinda removes the bad part from Alma so Paradox Alma would just be based then.

you know i was taking a break checking the gallery and i've come to the realization that paradox kind of sucks as porn. the scenes just don't do anything for me. fug. I'm still going to complete the game because sunk cost and i want to see what insanity must happen in part 3 but yeah. shrift has this problem too. especially shrift 2 where if you want to see the girl specific bad endings you have to let them level drain richard to 0, easy right? except NO because the game does persistent save shenanigans so if your max level sure you can feed all your levels and see a scene but your gonna have to grind your levels all the way back up, theres no saving and loading here bucko. its not worth it.

you can feed levels to a girl to make one of her specific moves stronger which i did with cait sith and i think i hit the hardcap on the damage output with it because we go world of strength. oh feeding levels raises a girls likability of richard faster than having the accessory that prevents level drain. the stat gains from above 50 are decreased but in my eyes stat gains are stat gains and i'll take any edge i can get. plus with the exp boosting gear i can get back to max after a stat feeding session. but its still a pain to go through. also gear being random drops and not letting you reroll the identification is not fun
